Member of the Scout Organisation. We provide an educational and fun program of activities and events for children between the ages of 6 and 18.During the winter months this is land based, during the summer months the children aged 10 and over taken part in sailing and activities afloat. This include seamanship training and theoretical and practical skills for both power and sailing.

The education of young people aged 6 to age 18, from Ringwood Hampshire and surrounding area, for their physical, emotional, spiritual, and social development through a balanced programme of activities. Support for developing facilities and scouting in Malawi through joint projects in Malawi promoting the education of young people in that country and UK and to develop international friendships.
The Scout Group's objectives are to encourage the physical, mental and spiritual development of young people so as to take a constructive place in society by means of skills training, sporting and recreational activities, camping and outdoor activities. To enable this it has provided and maintains a permanent headquarters building and facilities surrounded by its own open space for outdoor activit

Activities relating to scouting ie Hikes, camping, climbing, Faith, environment, for all children from the age of 6 to 14yrs. This encourages their own personal development and instil skills that make them a valuable asset to the community.

To provide Scouting activities for the youth of the village and surrounding areas.
Encouraging and enabling young people to work together, building life and outdoor skills,espcially camping, that will equip them for the future. This includes many awards that are gained by showing competence and ability. Regular Camps are arranged to which members are encouraged to attend. Other fun activities are organised for the weekly meetings, at the headquarters - Kent Lodge, Radlett

Girlguiding enables girls and young women to fulfil their potential and to take an active and responsible role in society through its distinctive, stimulating and enjoyable programme of activities delivered by trained volunteer leaders.Rainhill Guide House Management Committee manages the property known as Rainhill Guide House on behalf of 1st Rainhill Guides.
Weekly meetings of Beaver, Cub and Scout sections working on projects, studying for badges and engaging in activities. Other events include attendance at camps, St George's Day parade and Remembrance Sunday parade.
